Japanese officials report that one the there last efforts that they will make to stop the nuclear contamination from spreading, will be to bury the plant in sand and concrete. This radical idea may be the last resort that they will have to end up using. U.S. officials believe that burying the plant will do nothing and the most important thing to do right now is to cool down the plant.

I believe that the most important thing to do now is to stop the reactors from leaking anymore radiation. They need to cool them down and get the water pumps working again. After that U.S. and Japanese officials should all re assess what should be done.
